In the picturesque village of Seux, near Amiens on the river Somme, stands ‘Le Petit Coque’ a cafe bar run by Francois Derriere with his wife Claudette and waitress Amelie.
Despite the German occupation of 1940, his life has remained largely unchanged, except that his customers now include the various ranks of German soldiers stationed there.
Francois is trying to juggle the relationships he has with his wife, his mistress, the Gestapo, a missing painting, two British Airmen and La Resistance at the same time!
Then a body is found in the cellar, and Francois’ problems really start!
